A Memorandum of Understanding has been entered into between Gulf International Investment (GII) and BDO Jawad Habib, a leading regional provider of professional consultancy services.

The Memorandum was signed by Mr. Jawad Habib, the Chief Executive Officer of BDO Jawad Habib, and by Mr. Mustafa Al-Shaikh, the Chief Executive Officer of GII. The Memorandum appoints BDO Jawad Habib as consultant for GII business and other services such as investment management, risk management, internal audit and other professional services.

On this occasion, Mr. Jawad Habib said: "It is our pleasure to create an atmosphere of joint cooperation with a promising and ambitious company such as GII. Any success by GII will reflect as a success of our firm and ultimately will contribute to the progress and development of our country".

Commenting on reaching this agreement, Mr. Mustafa Al-Shaikh said: "We are proud to sign this memorandum with one of the major regional professional firms, and we are confident that this agreement will ensure continuation of the quality of our products".

The memorandum confirms the fact that GII is eager to deliver its products in a well conceived and professional manner. GII's Business Development General Manager, Mr. Ali Al-Fayez, has emphasized: "Currently, GII operates within a well planned strategy of investment expansion inside and outside the Kingdom, and the near future will witness a major progress".

Established in 2005, Gulf International Investment is a Bahraini investment company with several major divisions including property investment, interior decoration, contracting and maintenance, media with a regularly published magazine, Aqar, and service and food division which runs chains of restaurants such as Kenny Rogers Rosters.
